A nutrition shop that learned to pull a great shot.

Kinetic Nutrition opened in Sneads Ferry in 2017 — a veteran-owned, locally-run spot stacked with proteins, pre-workouts, greens and everything else that fuels a kinetic life. Then Bombshell Coffee moved in behind the counter.

The result is one of those rare corners where the morning latte and the post-workout shake come from the same friendly crew. Baristas who learn your order, a loyalty program worth keeping, and a drive-up window for the days you can't come in.
